The Intentional Pursuit of Inspiration.​

I often hear people say they are thankful just to wake up in the morning. Although that is true for me too, I expect way more out of each day than just waking up. So, every day, when I wake up, I ask myself, “What or who will inspire me today?" It's a daily ritual, a commitment to finding rays of hope in all directions. Every interaction, every conversation, and every encounter is an opportunity to glean wisdom, empathy, and insight from the diverse array of individuals who cross my path. Whether it's the quiet courage of a friend facing adversity with unwavering resolve or the infectious enthusiasm of a stranger pursuing their dreams with unbridled passion, I am constantly reminded of the indomitable spirit that resides within each one of us.

Today, my inspiration comes from an extraordinary young mother. Her story is most likely shared by many. When she married shortly after high school, many assumed that meant giving up her immediate goal of finishing college in four years. Undeterred, she embarked on a journey of resilience and determination. Five years later, while having two children, she proved the doubters wrong. Not only did she earn her bachelor's degree in 3 1/2 years, but she's now on the brink of receiving her master's.

Her story is a reminder that no matter the obstacles we face, extraordinary feats are within reach. Her journey fuels my belief that each day promises something remarkably good.

As I carry this inspiration with me, I'm eager to share this hope with others, igniting a ripple effect of positivity and possibility.

In the end, it's not just about finding inspiration; it's about spreading it, nurturing it, and using it to fuel the fires of hope in the hearts of those around us. I am inspired, and I will pay it forward, knowing that the smallest act of encouragement can spark the greatest transformations.
